Governs the Reseller track. Resellers purchase at wholesale, take title to the customer relationship, and resell under their own brand or with margin-based pricing.

Defines support tiers, response times, uptime commitments (99.5%), service credits, and claim procedures. Incorporated by reference into all paid agreements.
